I have just started to make melt and pour soap and love your blog. You give the best info that I have found on the web. I haven't yet had the guts to handle the lye. Scares me!!

Like you I started out with melt and pour soap and I love the ease and instant results (ie using your creation once the soap has hardened). I too was scared about lye but I have I have taken a couple of CP classes that I feel more comfortable with it. Although I do not have the room to make soap by the CP method I would like to try a batch myself.
