Rose Gold Cold Process Soap Cupcakes

When I took a class at The Nova Studio when back when I took a class on how to make soap cupcakes by the cold process soap technique.  Here is a recipe from Wholesale Supplies Plus called Rose Gold Soap Cupcakes.
