Moisturizing Body Scrub Tutorial from Handmade Philly

Body Scrubs are one of those products that have a hefty price in a retail establishhment, but you can make your own from some simple ingredients from the grocery store.

Ingredients

1 large, wide-mouthed jar, preferably 8 oz or 16 oz volume
1-2 cups fine-medium ground salt OR sugar (including brown or white sugar)
4 oz neutral, vegetable oil (sesame, grapeseed, jojoba, etc)
10-20 drops essential oil or essential oil blend (lavender, sweet orange, peppermint, etc)
10-20 drops Vitamin E (if possible) ~ antioxidant to protect the oils
