When I hear the word Cashmere, I think of the Seinfeld episode where George buys a white cashmere sweater as a Christmas gift for Elaine. But in this case it is not a sweater that we are taling about it is a recipe for Cashmere Coconut Perfume Roll-on from DIY (Do It Yourself) Skincare. If you cannot afford to buy a cashmere sweater how about making this perfume roll-on and give it as a gift instead?
