Even though this lipstick recipe was specified by The Soap King for Mother's Day...I am sure you can make anytime or for any occasion like for a party favor at your next bridal shower. Or about about doing it for an activity during your party? The only thing I would not do is send to someone across the country during the summer. I would hate to see them receive a melted mess.
