Sugar Cube Bath Melts

If you are new to making your own bath and body products, here is an easy one for you to try....Sugar Cube Bath Melts.  When I first saw this recipe it reminded me of one of my favorite products to make Sugar Scrub Cube but this recipe from Wholesale Supplies Plus has one ingredient missing and that is melt and pour soap base.  With that missing ingredient it would be more of a bath melt than a sugar scrub.
