Winter Hair Custard Recipe

Are you suffering from fly and static hair this winter season?  And you do not know what to do about it?  Would you believe that Susan from Point of Interest has a recipe for Winter Hair Custard that might just help you with that problem. I know that hair custard sounds strange for a hair conditioner  but why not give it a try.  Just thought I would let you know that Susan suggests if you decide to leave out any of the ingredients completely, you have to increase your distilled water by that amount.
