Warming Choco Chai Body Scrub Recipe

I found this Warming Choco Chai Body Scrub recipe on CraftGossip.com,which happened to be orginally posted on Beauty Buffet , to be a combination of ingredients that could be found in a local grocery store.  Just to tell you the recipe called for one tablespoon of milk.  It does not specify if it is powdered milk or not but I am guessing that it maybe since you will be putting it into a tea bag.  So this would be a clever gift to make and give out as party favors at a shower.
