Peacock Glitter Nail Polish

How would you like to strut like a peacock while wearing this Peacock Glitter Nail Polish?  This tutorial from The Soap Queen can be made a beginner and it takes only 20 minutes to make.  So you can make it just minutes and wear it the same day!  How cool is that ?
