Anhydrous Eye Shadow Primer Recipe

Do you use an eye shadow primer?  How would you like to learn how to make your own?  In a recent post from Point of Interest called Anhydrous Eye Shadow Primer Recipe contains information on how to make your own primer.  It is a very easy recipe that Susan created that is basically a lotion bar with very dry and less greasy feeling oils and butter with some oil soluble titanium dioxide which is used to create a white background.
