How would you like to use a deodorant that does not have all the nasty ingredients like aluminum? Here is a natural deodorant recipe from Natures Garden Candles that just suits the bill. Well, all of the ingredients (beeswax pastilles, coconut oil, castor oil, cocoa butter) except for the lavender flower fragrance oil are natural. Now I do not know if you use lavender essential oil instead of the fragrance oil if that would cause a rash or what. And I am not sure why the author of this recipe used the fragrance oil instead of the essential oil version. Essential oil versions are more concentrated and maybe it would be too much. So I am going to throw it out there to start the discussion on whether or not the essential oil version of lavender should be substituted.
