Cuticle Salve Recipe

Since the cold weather is just around the corner, the Soap Queen had the opportunity to create an all natural Cuticle Salve Recipe.  This is an intermediate level recipe which should take 10 - 12 minutes to make and giving you 12 pots of a fantastic salve to use on your cuticles.  This would make great gifts to give out during the winter months.
