DIY Moonlight Essence Spray Perfume

It has been many years since I took Lori Nova's perfume class when she taught through DeAnza Foothill College Community Education.  She used a more natural route by using carrier oils.  In the class, we made a solid perfume and a roll, But I do not recall making a spray version. In this recipe from the Soap Queen called Moonlight Essence Spray Perfume uses Isopropyl Myristate which is a synthetic product that creates a nice slip in lotions and helps absorb into the skin quickly.  It can be used in bath oils, massage oils and perfumes.  It can be used at 100% for a your perfume base.  I really like the bottle that is used for this recipe.
