Do you like making your own lotions?  Here is a lotion recipe called Sunshine Lotion from The Soap Queen that is thick and creamy in texture, yet it is surprisingly lightweight on the skin. If you have never made lotion before, it is very simple.  Basically, it comes down to mixing water and a small amount of oil together.  But you are going to say that the two do not mix.  Well, you are right.  In order to blend them together, you will need an emulsifier. And since this product is made with water, you will also need to add a perservative. This is an intermediate level recipe that yields three 8 oz bottles.
