Fish-in-a-Bag Melt and Pour Soap DIY

I have received a couple of this adorable soap in the past.  And the water/soap has always been clear.  This is the first time that I have seen the soap colored blue.  So I thought since it is the middle of summer and somewhere in the United States there is either a state or county fair going on, I would share this project from The Soap Queen called Fish-in-a-Bag Melt and Pour Soap.  If your child is having a carnival fundraiser, this would be the perfect idea for a booth prize.
