Melon Sugar Scrub Cubes
One of my favorite classes that I took at The Nova Studio was Erin Pikor's scrubs class. In this class. she showed us how to make single use sugar scrub cubes. I love using this product because it is easy to travel with when I go house sitting plus I find them less messy than other scrubs. While looking for new recipes to share I found this Melon Sugar Scrub Cubes from Wholesale Supplies Plus. This recipe has a watermelon fragrance that definately reminds me of summer plus it has the blend of jojoba butter and coconut oil that will leave your skin soft and gently exfoliated.
I have a B.A. in Mass Communication and took my first melt and pour soapmaking class in 2002. Since then I got hooked making my own bath and products. I have taken various courses in Soapmaking (Melt & Pour, Cold Process, Hot Process), lotion making (lotions, creams, lotion sticks), bath products (bath salts, body scrubs), body products (lip balm, body butters, body balms, whipped butters) and more. Most of all of my classes were taught by Lori Nova of The Nova Studio in Point Richmond, Ca. I have taught courses since 2004 at various locations. I have worked as an Event Coordinator at Michaels Redwood City.
