Make Up Remover Recipe

Susan from Point of Interest recently posted a few recipes for make up remover for post Halloween.  I have never used a make up remover since I do not wear too much make up but if it good enough to remove Halloween make-up I am sure it would work well for everyday cosmetics. Can anyone out there chime in and let us know.
