When I saw this melt and pour project from Wholesale Supplies Plus called Sparkle Star Bubble Wand thought it would be perfect for a girl's birthday party. Once made it will create a tubful of bubbles which will make you want to linger a little longer in the tub. The wands are really easy to use: Simply run the wand back and forth in the bathwater and watch the bubbles grow.
