Creamy Marsala Lip Tints

This recipe from The Soap Queen called Creamy Marsala Lip Tint gives your lips a sheer red wine hue.  It made with a nourishing lip base that has additional argan oil to make your lips feel incredibly moisturized.  It is flavored with Buttercreme and Lip Smack Sweet Flavor OIl to add a light scent and subtle sweetness.
