Herbal Chest Rub Recipes

As a child I remember using Vicks Vapor Rub.  I have not used it since but if I had to use something I would steer clear of the petroleum based products.  I saw this recipe from Mountain Rose Herb called Herbal Chest Rub that looks really easy to make and would used if I ever need to.
