It has been a long while since I posted a candle project but I guess I had not found a really cute project to share.  That is not until now.  I found this Garden Candle Tutorial that so stinking cute that I had to post immediately.  This would be perfect for party favors for bridal or baby showers or even give out on your wedding day.
