Chai Tea Latte Candle Tutorial

It has been a long time since I posted a tutorial on a candle project. Maybe it was because I did not see one I liked.  But here is one from The Soap Queen called Chai Tea Latte Candle that I really caught my eye.  This is an intermediate level project that should take someone 30 minutes to make one candle.  This would make a wonderful gift for the holidays.
