Shamrock and Gold Whipped Soap

Have you ever heard of whipped soap?  Well it is soap that floats in the bath tub and it looks like whipped cream and it can be pipped like frosting.  The thing I did not know that is also goes by another name - Floap.  Are you interested in trying to make this type of soap?  In this tutorial called Shamrock and Gold Whipped Soap from the Soap Queen's website tells you what to do (and what not to do) in making this type of soap.
