Rainy Day Melt and Pour Soap

In California we had a wet November and December.  But January, February and March were dry, Now that it is April we are having some light rain. So I will tell you that this Rainy Day Soap from Wholesale Supplies Plus would not rain on my parade.  This intermediate project should take a couple of hours to make eight bars of soap weighing about five ounces.
