How to Make Sushi Soap

It has been a long time since I found a melt and pour soap making project.  I am not sure why, but I think it is because I have not found an interesting one to post until now.  If you like to eat sushi or know someone do does, this melt and pour Sushi Soap project from The Soap Queen would really fits the bill. This project is for the advanced soap maker that takes about 3-4 days to make. So you would need some patience to make a batch of this soap.  But I say it is well worth the wait.

About a year and a half ago, I found a recipe for a hot process soap (not melt and pour) recipe for a Himalyan Salt Bar recipe in an issue of Willow and Sage.  I have not tried to make it since i seems to be a recipe that could be difficult to manage.  But I did find a melt and pour recipe on the Wholesale Supplies Plus website called Himalayan Salt Bars (Melt and Pour) that maybe an easier project to try first.

Caramel Drizzled S'more Brownie MP Soap


When I saw the picture for this melt and pour soap recipe from Wholesale Supplies Plus called Caramel Drizzled S'More Brownie, I thought that it looked good enough to eat. Don't they good enough to eat?  Yeah, better keep them out of the kitchen. Event though they look good enough to eat, they are pretty easy to make.  It takes only about a half hour to complete the project.  When you are finished you should get four bars of soap weighing about approximately seven ounces.
