Shower & Tub Tabs - Sleep Time Recipe

This year I signed up to sell bath and body products at the Mountain View Senior Center Holiday Bazaar on November 17th.  One of the products I am going to make is bath fizzies. I am also going to include shower tabs for those who take showers instead of baths.  Here is a recipe from Wholesale Supplies Plus called Shower & Tub Tabs - Sleep Time that I am thinking of making instead of my usual.
