Vanilla Mint Lip Icing

To be honest, I have never her of lip icing but I bet that it is very similiar to a lip butter.  So when I found this recipe from Wholesale Supplies Plus called Vanilla Mint Lip Butter I had to share it.  What is great about this lip butter is that it will glide over your lips and leave them feeling moisturized and quench dry, chapped lips.  You can use this anytime of the year to pamper your sensitive lip area.
