DIY Cologne (Alcohol-Free)

It has been awhile since I took Lori Nova Endres's Perfume class at DeAnza College. Here is a recipe for Alcohol Free Cologne from Bath Body Supply.  But this recipe has ingredients that Lori did not use in her class.  SO I am unfamiliar with them.
