Lavender Gardener's Bar

I saw this recipe for a Lavender Gardener's Bar on the Wholesale Supplies Plus blog and from the title that it may have been a recipe for a lotion bar.  But it is not. It is a cold process soap recipe that just happens to be palm free and does have cocoa butter as an ingredient.  So if you love lavender and cocoa butter in your soap, then this is for you!
