I have to say that when I saw this recipe for these Ginger Orange Bath Cookies from Wholesale Supplies Plus I first thought these looked good enough to eat and second that they looked like Mexican Wedding Cookies. Anyway, they are definitely not edible so if you are planning to sell these I would suggest labeling them as such.
