I took a cold process soap making class through The Nova Studio many years ago. Lori Nova had a great recipe that she created. I never used her recipe since I was afraid to try it because I thought I would mess it up. But when I got brave to do my first batch, I wounded up using a Soap Quick mixture from Misson Peak Soap in Fremont. I really loved it because someone else had the measured out the ingredients exactly. Now that Mission Peak is no longer in business, I guess I have to try and venture out and do a batch from a recipe. But if you are braver than I am and want to formulate your own batch, I found a post from The Soap Queen called Formulating Cold Process Soap Recipes.
