Making DIY Oat Milk For Handmade Soap

I have heard of using milk in a cold process recipe, but I did thinking of making your own oat milk for your recipe.  I only found out about it when I saw this post from Lovin' Soap called Making DIY Oak Milk For Handmade Soap.
