Sparkling Prosecco CP Soap Cupcakes

Here is a really elegant bath treat that would be really great to make for the New Year.  It is a cold process soap that looks like a cupcake.  This recipe from Wholesale Supplies Plus is called Sparking Prosecco Soap Cupcakes.  These soaps smell like vanilla cake with buttercream icing with hints of citrus and prosecco.  This is a more advanced technique than a straight bar of cold processed soap.  It should take two hours and resulting in 12 soap cupcakes.
