Cucumber Melon Sea Salt Scrub DIY

Yesterday I posted a recipe from The Soap Queen for a Cucumber Lavender Bath bomb.  She also did a post for a salt sea scrub called Cucumber Melon.  The base of the scrub is a foaming bath butter.  It is a pre-made base that when it is whipped with a hand or stand mixer it is transformed into a light and fluffy consistency.
