Coconut Oil Free Cold Process Soap

Most of the cold process recipes I have seen have coconut oil and palm oil. I have seen a palm free recipe but never saw recipe until now. This recipe for Coconut Oil Free Cold Process Soap is part of Lovin' Soap's 30 Soap in 30 Day challenge.
