Caramel Apple Lip Balm Recipe

I love caramel apples.  I even like the caramel apple lollipops. I really got excited when I saw this recipe on the Wholesale Supplies Plus website called Caramel Apple Lip Balm.  Even though this recipe calls for a pre-made base, I am sure that this could be adapted to your favorite lip balm recipe.  Just make sure to adjust it for lip balm tubes.
