Blackberry Fizz Emulsified Sugar Scrub Recipe

Love using sugar scrubs?  My favorite is the single use sugar scrub cubes. But recently I found a recipe from Nature's Garden Candle called Blackberry Fizz Emulisified Sugar Scrub that looks really interesting enough that I just may want to try it really soon.
