I know that Valentine's Day has long past, but I saw this instructional video on how to make your own Melt and Pour Envelope Soap from Go Planet Earth. I could imagine that you can decorate to your needs whether it is a wedding favor or baby shower.

Most of all of my classes were taught by Lori Nova of The Nova Studio in Point Richmond, Ca. I have taught courses since 2004 at various locations.
