Mini Heart Bath Bombs

Would you believe that in less than two weeks Valentine's Day will be here?  I saw this project from the Soap Queen called Mini Heat Bath Bombs I thought would be a cute project to make and give out as gifts.  It looks really easy to make so it should not take too much time to make a batch to give out.
