Coconut Sugar Body Polish Recipe

Love coconuts?  Here is a really nice recipe that is found on the From Nature With Love website called Coconut Sugar Body Polish Recipe.  The recipe was submitted by Angelica of Inglewood, CA for all of us to try and fall in love with.  It contains very few ingredients including sugar, graded coconut, sweet almond oil and coconut powdered milk.  I have only seen non fat powdered milk at my local grocery store.  So I am not sure if you can substitute it for coconut powdered milk since I have not seen it at my local grocery store.  It probably be found somewhere. Does anyone know?
