I found this Garden Candle Tutorial that so stinking cute that I had to post immediately. This would be perfect for party favors for bridal or baby showers or even give out on your wedding day.

I remember as a child going camping and unfortunately get bit by a mosquito or a bout of poison oak. So I would often use Calamine Lotion to relieve the itching. While looking for some other unique melt and pour projects I found this one on the website From Nature with Love called Calamine Lotion Soap. If you are going to be spending time camping or out at dusk, you may want to prepare this soap to help relieve some of the scratch due to mosquito bites or poison oak.

May is not even over yet and here in California we have already had some really hot days. So I suspect there maybe more. Before it gets really hot again, I think I am going to make this recipe for Citrus Summer Mist from Saffire Blue. It is an easy formula that smells great and will enliven and refresh the most stagnant personal space that needs it during the summer season. You can use this mist to refresh everything from home linens to the air around you. Just to let you know that this product is not to be used on the skin as a toner on the skin/face or as a body spritz. It is really only to be be used in the air and on linens.

According to Allison Kontur of Bath Body Supply, Body glitter is immensely popular among people of all ages. Instead of paying an arm and a leg for this frivolous body decoration, make it yourself for a fraction of the cost. You can have complete control over how much it sparkles, fragrance (or the lack there of) and the sparkle you choose. That is what is so great about making yhour own bath and body products. So if you are interested in learning about making your own Glitter Body Gel, then make sure to check the instructions.

Yum! Lemon Cream Body Butter from Saffire Blue is a delicious recipe for the body. Just wanted to let you know that this recipe calls for 6 tablespoons of cocoa butter. It does not specify whether it is the natural or deodorized. I am presuming that it would be deodorized since natural (has the smell of chocolate) would not smell that great with lemon. This recipe makes one cup and should be used promptly.

Rose Garden Cold Process Soap. This is a two-part soap recipe so it is more intensive than some of the other cold process soap recipes that The Soap Queen has shared. I really like how the rose is piped on a bar of soap that looks like stems. This would be a great favor for bridal showers, weddings or any other appropiate event.

Rose Water that is great for the beginner but the more experienced lotion maker would love making it too. According to The Soap Queen there was not additional color or fragrance added to the recipe so that the natural aroma of the rose water would shine though. This recipe makes (3) eight ounce bottles.

The Natural Beauty Workshop called Rock Rose and Chamomile Body Wash. While researching body wash recipes for a baby on the way, the author came across a method of diluting Castile Soap with hydrosols and aloe. Would you believe by super diluting liquid soap can be very gentle and be customized to suit your skin type by switching out the hydrosol? Give this recipe a try and see how it works for your sensitive skin.

Homemade Liquid Laundry Detergent originally appears on the Fan of Stuff, but I found it through a site I follow called Totally Tutorials. It seems like a very simple recipe - only 3 ingredients, but I find it confusing about how much soap you need. It calls for 1/2 bar of grated soap, but what is the originally weight of the bar of soap? 4 oz? The picture looks deceiving. If anyone out there knows, please share. I would be interested to know so that I can try this recipe.

DIY Home World on How to Make a Headache Balm. I had to scroll down to get to the link that led me to the site called Henry Happened , which actually had the recipe for Herb-Infused Balms for Healing Headaches. To tell you the truth, I have not used a balm for a headache before because I rarely get headaches. This would be interesting to try especially the recipe that includes lavender (which is meant for relaxation). Now I must warn you that this posting does not give you exact amounts you need to make these recipes so read the posting all the way through in order how to make them.
